Back & neck pain

Find the cause, not just the pain.

At Flow Wellness Chiropractic in Palm Beach Gardens, care for back pain, neck pain, and headaches starts with finding the underlying cause. Every adjustment is specific, individualized, and based on what we find, not guesswork.

Our approach

Care designed to get you feeling your best again.

Rather than adjusting multiple areas routinely, each adjustment is based on findings from a thorough examination to address the underlying cause of dysfunction. Our individualized adjustments aim to get you moving comfortably and back on track for health and wellness.

How we find the cause

A thorough analysis before every adjustment.

Using the Gonstead Technique, we take an individualized approach to every practice member through a thorough spinal and nervous system analysis. This allows us to deliver precise care based on objective findings, not guesswork.

  1. I.

    Case history

Every visit begins with a detailed health history. By understanding your health concerns, lifestyle, and goals, we gain valuable insight into your overall health and nervous system function.

  2. II.

    X-ray analysis

When clinically appropriate, digital X-rays provide a clear view of your spine, allowing us to analyze and determine the most precise and individualized adjustment. To see is to know and to not see is to guess.

  3. III.

    Instrumentation

Using a Nervoscope®, we measure subtle temperature differences along the spine that indicate areas of nerve interference. This objective analysis helps us pinpoint where an adjustment is needed.

  4. IV.

    Visualization

We carefully observe your posture, movement, and gait to identify patterns that may indicate spinal imbalance or altered function. These visual findings become an important part of your individualized analysis.

  5. V.

    Palpation

Through skilled hands-on assessment, we evaluate how your spine moves and locate areas of restricted motion or misalignment. This helps us determine exactly where and how to deliver a precise Gonstead adjustment.

In their words

“Before seeing Dr. Corey, I was dealing with frequent dizziness, headaches, and constant soreness in my neck. … My dizziness and neck pain have improved a lot, and I finally feel like I'm making progress.”

Ashley H.

“When I first started care with Dr. Corey, I was dealing with severe hip pain that radiated from the front of my hip through my low back and down my leg, making everyday movement uncomfortable. Through consistent weekly care and specific adjustments tailored to my needs, I noticed a huge improvement in both my pain levels and mobility.”

Questions people ask

Good questions, straight answers.

Will I be adjusted on my first visit?

Your chiropractor will first determine whether an adjustment is appropriate and safe based on your examination findings, or if additional examination, study, or referral is necessary.

Do you take X-rays?

When clinically necessary, X-rays may be recommended to help evaluate the spine and guide care decisions.

How many visits will I need?

The number of visits varies depending on your health goals, the nature of your condition, and how long it has been present. We will discuss recommendations after completing your examination.

Is the "popping" sound necessary for an adjustment?

No, the sound sometimes heard during an adjustment is simply gas being released from a joint. A successful adjustment does not depend on hearing a popping sound.
